Homemade Ravioli

  i've had homemade ravioli on my list for a while, and i knew the right 

time to finally make it was arianna's going away dinner.

i decided on artichoke and parmesan ravioli  with a simple tomato sauce
(which included leftover filling), inspired by smitten kitchen.

and well, they turned out great.
